A friend just sent me this link, and it is by far one of the most brilliant things I have seen in a very long time. I present to you: Holy Musical B@tman! Part One. If you are a fan of the comics, any incarnation of the television show or any of the films I highly suggest you check this out. As a long time Batman fangirl I couldn’t help but squeal and hyperventilate when I saw this for the first time. The humour is great, the songs are catchy. It reminds me of the Live Action Show that I used to watch as a kid on the Space Channel but if the cheesy Batman was replaced by the Christopher Nolan Batman. Holy Musical B@man comes from a place of love for all things Batman and all things Superheroes.
The relationship between Batman and Superman in this is perfect. Not only do they hate one another but they’re constantly trying to undermine each other. I love the shot they make at the old Adamn West Live Action Show concerning villains. All villains have to have a gag and in the vein of that the big bad in this is absolutely hilarious. Not to mention the pun, puns all around!
So if you love Batman or just super heroes in general I suggest you check this out.
