Another week derailed with nothing filmed. The reason this week? Star Wars: The Last Jedi, obviously. As per tradition, Chelsey myself and a group of our friends went to the Star Wars opening night at our local theatre. Though the group was split on how they felt about the movie, everyone had a good time. More on that below.
But first. The videos:

And that’s it ladies and gentlemen. The era of Cracked Video is over.

Star Wars: The Last Jedi
To say that I was hyped for this movie is a bit of an understatement. I ironically loved The Force Awakens. I’ve spent the last year cosplaying as the Kylo Ren to my friend Dani’s Rey.
The Last Jedi wasn’t a perfect film. The pacing was rocky, some of the plot felt like padding and a few of the jokes didn’t land. But that being said, the stuff I liked about The Last Jedi, I really liked. I loved the dynamic between all the characters. I loved the way it moved away from the formula that we’ve come to expect of a Star Wars film.
I have a lot to say about this movie, so expect a post about that in the future and a vlog from Chelsey in the coming weeks.
But until then, I hope you get to the theatre before the film is spoiled for you. As for me, I expect I’m going to be seeing The Last Jedi in theatres again sometime soon.
